Rehearse the photo experience before the room fills up
Use the exact phone, network, display, and connection path you expect at the gathering.
While planning
- Choose where the TV or projector will sit without blocking the room.
- Decide how the display will connect: Chromecast / Google TV, TV browser, AirPlay, or HDMI.
- Pick a theme that matches the mood, then choose auto-approval or review-first moderation.
- Plan where the QR code will be visible and add the guest link to the group chat.
Before guests arrive
- Open the guest link on the phone and network you expect to use.
- Upload a sample photo and confirm the framing, message, and approval behavior.
- Open the wall on the actual display, enter full screen, and check the viewing distance.
