FunPartyApp is built for people 18 years of age or older. We do not direct the service to, or knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

What We Collect

Hosts provide account information and event details such as event name, host name, date, and age acknowledgements. Hosts may also add guest names to an event planning list. Guests who join through an event link provide a display name, uploaded photos, optional photo messages, age/event acknowledgements, and terms acceptance records. Signed-in hosts who use the beta feedback form provide a feedback category, title, message, optional page context, their account identity, and whether they permit a follow-up email.

Usage And Analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, it may collect page views, page URLs, referrers, and standard browser, device, and traffic information. We use this information to understand how the product is used and improve it.

Our server also records limited product events such as guest registration, photo upload, moderation, guest deletion, and album download. These records may include event or photo identifiers and technical details such as file type or size, but not photo bytes or guest names and email addresses.

Who Can See Your Photos

Event pages are unlisted and blocked from search engines, but they are credential-accessible rather than invitation-gated. Anyone with the event link can open the guest page and, while guest uploads are open, join the event. The six-character TV code opens the approved-photo slideshow. Hosts should share links, QR codes, and TV codes only with intended attendees or display operators.

Approved photos can appear in the event’s shared gallery and TV slideshow. Hosts can also view pending and hidden photos in their moderation dashboard. The site operator has restricted administrative access when needed to operate the service, provide support, enforce the Terms, or respond to misuse.

Photo access is limited to the event experience, but anyone who can view a photo may still save or share a copy.

Storage And Security

Photos are optimized in the browser before upload, and camera metadata such as EXIF is not preserved. Event information and image files are stored using managed cloud services with encryption in transit and at rest. Access controls limit direct file access, and hosts can hide or delete photos from their Host Hub at any time.

We operate FunPartyApp on standard cloud infrastructure, which means the service technically processes your photos in order to display, compress, moderate, and export them. We do not sell your photos, use them to train models, show them in advertising, or share them outside your event.

Minimum Age

FunPartyApp is intended for people 18 years of age or older. Hosts and guests are responsible for using FunPartyApp in line with this requirement.

Retention And Access

There is currently no automatic expiry period for events. Event records and photos remain available until the host deletes an individual photo or the event, or until we remove content as required to operate the service, enforce the Terms, or comply with law. Hosts should download the event ZIP if they want a separate backup. Event exports include approved and hidden photos, while pending photos remain excluded until approved.

Guests can delete an approved photo they uploaded from the event gallery. For a pending photo or another removal request, contact the event host.

Beta feedback messages remain in the private administrator inbox while they are useful for product testing, support, and follow-up. Contact us if you want a feedback message associated with your account removed.
