Terms for unlisted event photo sharing.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or join an event on FunPartyApp.

Prohibited Uses

FunPartyApp is for people 18 years of age or older. Do not upload illegal, abusive, explicit, harassing, or non-consensual content.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for event setup, QR sharing, attendee expectations, photo moderation, and deleting content that should not remain in the album or appear on the TV wall. Hosts are also responsible for their event, guests, venue rules, permissions, and any offline conduct connected to the event. Event access uses the guest link/QR and a TV slideshow code, so hosts are also responsible for deciding where and with whom they share those credentials.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must only upload photos they have the right to share, and must not upload photos where a person would reasonably expect the photo not to be shared with the event host. Guests are responsible for the photos, messages, and other content they submit. Approved content may be visible in the event gallery to people with the event link and in the TV slideshow to people with the link or six-character TV code.

User Content

FunPartyApp does not create, verify, endorse, or pre-screen guest photos or messages. Hosts and guests are responsible for making sure uploaded content is lawful, appropriate for the event, and shared with permission from the people shown. We may remove or restrict content or access when we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or affects the service.

Service Administration And Enforcement

To the extent permitted by law, FunPartyApp may, with or without prior notice, remove, hide, restrict, disable, or delete content; suspend or terminate accounts, events, or access to the service; and refuse service when we believe it is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or third parties, prevent misuse, address legal, security, or operational risks, or operate and protect the service. We are not obligated to preserve or restore removed content. Users should retain their own copies of photos and other content they wish to keep.

No Event Or Safety Responsibility

FunPartyApp provides software for collecting and displaying event photos. We do not organize, supervise, host, staff, secure, monitor, or control any event, venue, attendee, vendor, or offline interaction. Hosts and guests remain responsible for their own decisions, conduct, safety, permissions, and compliance with applicable rules and laws.

Service Availability

FunPartyApp is an actively developing service provided as-is and as available. Features may change as the product evolves. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, or that every upload, display, download, draft, or stored file will be preserved. Hosts should download event photos they want to keep.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunPartyApp and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for claims arising from user content, event conduct, attendee behavior, venue issues, third-party services, lost files, or unauthorized sharing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

If a claim, dispute, cost, loss, or expense arises from your event, your content, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of FunPartyApp, or your violation of someone else's rights, you agree to defend and hold FunPartyApp and its operators harmless to the extent permitted by law.
